Revised Schedule of Service Charges - November 2009

1.1 Import Letter of Credit  
1.1.1 Import Letter of Credit Issuance  
a. Issuance of L/C (Irrevocable / Back to Back / Transferable) 0.25 % per quarter / minimum NPR 1,000.00
b. Revolving L/C – in terms of value 0.25 % per quarter or part credit thereof, minimum NPR 1,000/-, thereafter 0.25 % per quarter or part credit thereof, minimum NPR 1,000/- will be levied on each reinstatement of value.
c. Revolving – in terms of validity 0.25 % per quarter or part credit thereof, minimum NPR 1,000/-, thereafter 0.25 % per quarter or part credit thereof, minimum NPR 1,000/- will be levied on each reinstatement of value.
1.1.2 Letter of Credit Amendment  
a. For validity extension of expiry and / or increase in value 0.25 % per quarter / minimum NPR 500.00
b. Amendment other than time extension and increase in value NPR 500.00
c. Letter of Credit Cancellation ( Full or Unutilized ) NPR 1,000.00, communication charges plus other bank charges if any
1.1.3 Transfer of Credit  
a. For a simple transfer of whole documentary credit 0.1% of transferred value / minimum NPR 2,000.00, plus communicattion charge
b. For partial transfer 0.1% of transferred value / minimum NPR 2,000.00, plus communicattion charge
1.1.4 Issuance of Delivery Order under L/C against copy documents NPR 500.00 per set of documents
1.1.5 Acceptance (Usance L/C) Commission 1 % per quarter / minimum NPR 1,000.00
1.1.6 Import Bill Payment Commission NPR 500.00
1.1.7 Discrepancy fee per set of document USD 50/- for L/C issued in USD, EUR 50.00 for L/c issued in EUR, GBP 50.00 for L/C issued in GBP, INR 1500.00 for L/C issued in INR, NPR 2500.00 for L/C issued in NPR, Equivalent USD 50.00 for all other currency
1.1.8 Document Against Payment (DAP) / Billty (Import) 0.175 % per quarter / minimum NPR 1,000.00
1.2 Export Documentary Credits  
a. Advising Only NPR 1,000.00 for Lc and NPR 750.00 for Lc amendment if documents are being negotiated with us NPR 2,000.00 for Lc and NPR 1500.00 for Lc amendment if documents are not being negotiated with us
b. Documentary Credits Confirmation Adding (subject to prior arrangement) L/C issuance charge as applicable + confirming Bank charges, plus communication charge
c. Export Bills – Sight bill negotiation 0.45% or NPR 1,000.00 (from 7th day onward for local bill &16th day onward for foreign bill, Bank's highest lending rate will be applicable), plus communication charge
d. Export Bills – Usance bill negotiation 0.45% or NPR 1,000.00 + 14% on the usance period from 7th day onward for local bill and 16th day onward for foreign bill negotiation, plus communication charge
e. Export Bills – Sight / Usance collection 0.125% on document value or minimum NPR 1,000.00, plus communication charge
f. Cash Against Document (CAD) Purchase / Negotiation (Export) 0.45% or NPR 1,000.00 (from 7th day onward for local bill &16th day onward for foreign bill, Bank's highest lending rate will be applicable, plus communication charge), plus communication charge
g. Cash Against Document (CAD) Collection (Export) 0.125% on document value
1.3 Letter of Guarantee  
1.3.1 Guarantee Issuance  
a. Issuance Charges Bid Bond, Performance Bond, Advance Payment Bond - 0.375% per quarter or NPR 1000 + counter guarantee Bank's issuance charges as applicable
b. Counter Guarantee Issuance at the request of guarantee issuing bank 0.75% per quarter / minimum NPR 1,000.00
1.3.2 Amendment  
a. Increase in value & validity extension 0.375% p.q. / NPR 500 p.q.
b. Other amendment i.e., clauses etc. NPR 500

a. Advance Payment  
  Advance Payment up to USD 30,000/- for import of goods and up to USD 200,000 for import of gold 0.10% or min Rs.700/- plus communication charge for customer and 0.15% or min Rs.1000/- plus communication charge for non customer.
  Advance payment vide USD cash for import of goods from tatopani Customs office 0.10% or min Rs.500/-for customer and 0.15% or min of Rs. 700/- for non customer
2 Customer Services
2.1 Stop Payment on cheque NPR 250.00 (plus communication charges as per SSC where applicable)
2.2 Cheque certified “Good for Payment” NPR 200.00
2.3 Cancellation of "Good for Payment" NPR 100.00

3.6 Inward Remittance through SWIFT  
3.6.1 If customer maintains account with us Nil
3.6.2 If customer maintains account with other bank (payment to be effected by way of issuing our Manager's Cheque or through SWIFT) NPR 200.00 plus applicable SWIFT/MC issuance charges
3.6.3 Refund of Inward Payment USD 20.00 or equivalent plus SWIFT charges as applicable
3.7 Special Clearing Outward Clearing - 0.01% of cheque value or minimum NPR 250.00 + Other bank charge, Inward - NPR 0.01% or minimum NPR 500.00 + Domestic SWIFT charge where applicable.
3.7.1 Cheque return unpaid – Outward Clearing NPR 100.00 for cheques returned due to insufficient balance.
3.7.2 Cheque return unpaid – Inward Clearing / Colletion / Purchase NPR 100.00 per cheque returned + other bank charges if any.
3.7.3 Cheque Collection Outward In Nepal - 0.10% or min 200.00 + postage/courier / Outside Nepal - 0.10% or min 200.00 + postage/courier
3.8 Local Inter Bank Transfers (At The Request Of One Bank to Another)  
3.8.1 If the beneficiary is a bank Free

3.8.3 Funds transfer with NIC and KIST As per arrangement with the respective Banks (Refer Operation Procedure)
